SHIPPING, RETURNS + EXCHANGES
At this time, all packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Tracking. Due to the handmade nature of our products, they will take up to 14 business days to be shipped. If you would like your order expedited, we ask that you send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and request that your order be expedited. Your customer service representative will give you the quoted price for the difference. Once you accept the price we will send you a PayPal invoice for the difference in shipping cost.
All sales of discounted merchandise are final and cannot be returned.
All returns at full price must be reported to our office with 15 days of receipt of your shipment. Product must be in original package, unused, and in salable condition. We will respond with a claim number to include with your return. We will refund your credit card, or mail a company check for the amount you paid. We cannot refund shipping charges or postage. Your return order must be shipped and received at our office within two weeks of receiving your claim number. If your order comes after the two-week time frame Siempre Viva reserves the right to refuse your return.
We accept exchanges up to 15 days after you receive your Siempre Viva order. It must be in the same resalable condition you received it. Your exchange must be approved by our office. Contact our office at email@example.com with the subject line "EXCHANGE" and let us know that you would like to exchange your purchase and you will receive an exchange authorization number. Once we receive your item you will be issued a store credit. You will need to pay for the return shipping of your initial order and of the new bag as these fees go directly to our carrier. Your exchange order must be shipped and received at our office within two weeks of receiving your claim number. If your order comes after the two week time frame Siempre Viva reserves the right to refuse your return.
